We will also help you look at the impact you anger is having on your relationships and how it effects the quality of life
Anger Management Therapy will help you recognise and accept you have an issue with anger. Your therapist will help you explore and identify your anger trigger points early on. They will also help you identify any beliefs they do not lead to logical or rational conclusions>p>
Your counsellor might use cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) to work with and to establish how you think and react to certain situations.. They will provide you with the relevant tools and help you learn skills to manage any angry feelings more effectively. Whilst still allowing you to express yourself, but in a more calm and controlled way
