“The booking process was efficient with clear direction of where to go and with whom I would be best aligned. Deborah is welcoming, empathetic, and is immediately able to recognise and put a client's concerns into context. She makes it clear from the outset that her client will drive the conversation on the subject they wish to discuss, and she will listen, ask questions where appropriate, and advise to achieve collaborative solutions. I felt immediately 'untangled' and at ease. I continued the process over subsequent weeks which then dealt with contributing issues on the periphery of the reason for my initial visit. After each visit I left with a clear appreciation of Deborah's findings and thoughts from our discussion, which for me resulted in enhanced self awareness about how I might influence a situation, and be aware of how my actions or words may affect others in order to build strong relationships both with family and in the workplace moving forward. Deborah's instant understanding and subsequent input into the issues we discussed made me realise that it's very easy to be on a routined 'treadmill' in life which isn't always healthy. To take a step back, have these sessions with her and reflect on her advice having voiced my concerns has been invaluable. I would highly recommend her and the process of therapy to anyone, even if they didn't think they needed it! This would not be a wasted experience for anyone, and Deborah goes above and beyond to ensure that is the case.”

“I found Jessica very easy to talk to and explain my situation and how I felt stuck. Jessica doesn’t preach or offer advice as such but gently draws your attention to things you say that are significant in understanding how you may have arrived at a given situation/crisis. I would go home and think about her comments, some of which were very illuminating. This has helped me find peace and move forward. I would recommend her counselling unreservedly.”
