Relationships are complex yet delicate, like snow crystals, shaped by our owm (and otthers) feelings, imagination or hopes. Often, we find ourselves facing an impasse while navigating our relationships, tangled in a web of inter-relationships with others.
Perhaps you fare feeling stuck in your personal journey by others’ hopes or aspirations? Or maybe you feel pressured to conform, leaving your best self stifled and stable happiness out of reach? Perhaps other factors, like loss, long-term illness, or a lack of support due to distance, also contribute to emotional dysregulation and psychological distress.
I may use various therapeutic techniques tailored to your specific needs. Which might include aspects of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) through a mindfulness approach. I also consider your overall wellbeing, helping to highlight the link between mental health and factors like nutrition, exercise, and sleep.
I welcome individuals from all backgrounds, including diverse sexual orientations and ethnicities, aiming to reflect on each person’s unique life experiences from an existential ethical perspective.
I also work with charities and other organizations delivering supervision or tailored programs to support the valuable work of their employees.
I bring extensive experience in private practice, working both face-to-face and online. Having worked in the NHS for over 10 years, providing psychological treatment for individuals facing anxiety, depression, loss, and relationship difficulties.
My work extends to partnerships with charities and organisations, where I offer supervision and design tailored support programs to enhance the well-being of their employess.
I’m commited to ongoing professional growth. Therefore, I regularly attend workshops and training to stay updated in my field. I am DBS-checked and fully insured, ensuring a safe and professional service.
